The Rugby Academy of America
and all its franchises are non-for-profit organizations
who's aim is to promote rugby within the communities by
providing additional facilities, coaching and playing
opportunities for developing youth and elite rugby
players nationwide.
Our Vision: Develop
the level of rugby amongst Youth players in America to a
level where they can fulfill their potential and
represent their high schools, colleges, clubs and/or USA
Rugby at all age groups.
Our Mission: Provide
top quality coaching on a regular basis to players in
the 15-20 age brackets, in an environment where they are
able to build on the basic game skills and develop
organizational, decision making and leadership skills.
These are required if the players are to progress to
higher playing standards in the migration to college and
adult rugby.
